RAPTURE: Post-Tribulation and Pre-Wrath

RAPTURE: Post-Tribulation and Pre-Wrath is a biblical perspective that challenges the "usual" interpretation of end-time prophecy.

After teaching a popular concept for several years (according to denominational doctrine), Don Montgomery became convinced the "usual" concept could not be justified with Scripture. His study of biblical prophecy has resulted in RAPTURE: Post-Tribulation and Pre-Wrath.

This book includes several unique features. It reveals that two seven-year prophecies (Daniel 9:25-27) overlap and have partially concurrent time periods, instead of the "usual" seven-year Tribulation period.

The total prophetic time period allows harmonizing all eighteen prophecies that contain specific times for events identified in Daniel and Revelation. Analyses show the Rapture occurs at the end of the Great Tribulation and before GOD's Wrath, hence, "RAPTURE: Post-Tribulation and Pre-Wrath." This conclusion is verified by Jesus Christ's own words and by the Apostle Paul:

Matt 24: 29-31
IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TRIBULATION of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

And THEN SHALL APPEAR the sign of the SON OF MAN in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and THEY SHALL SEE THE SON OF MAN COMING IN THE CLOUDS of heaven with power and great glory.

And HE SHALL SEND HIS ANGELS with a GREAT SOUND OF A TRUMPET, and THEY SHALL GATHER TOGETHER HIS ELECT from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Mark 13: 24-27
But in those days, AFTER THAT TRIBULATION, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are heaven shall be shaken.

And THEN SHALL THEY SEE THE SON OF MAN COMING IN THE CLOUDS with great power and glory.

This book also contains responses to over twenty of the main ideas supposedly supporting other Rapture concepts. Approximately one-third of the book is Scripture, and key words and phrases are underlined to identify the specific issues being discussed. Only Scripture is used to support conclusions.

These discussions demonstrate the infallibility of Scripture and how end-time prophecies combine into one detailed plan. The main conclusion is an emphasis on faith and trust in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Don Montgomery has two Engineering Degrees and had a Professional Engineer's License until his retirement in 1988. He is a co-holder of three United States Patents. Most importantly, he realized that GOD is the Creator, and he acknowledged the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour in 1977. This was accompanied with an immediate deliverance from alcoholism. He and his wife of almost fifty years have three children and nine grandchildren.
